Wonderful experience! I don't live in New Orleans, but I do visit frequently and decided to get a manicure & pedicure while I was here. I got dropped off by an Uber and walked back the half mile to my friend's place, so I can't speak to parking. The shop itself is so absolutely adorable! Very on brand in a modern farmhouse style. I loved it. The swings are a super fun touch. I don't like massage chairs, so I loved the swing. Both services were done by Mary, who was terrific! My manicure and particular is so beautiful. Far better than anything I can get in my hometown. I tried the Dazzling Dry nail polish and loved that it dried so quickly. 5 Star Service! Not much else you need to know. Quality service is hard to find these days and they’ve definitely got that figured out. The staff always greets you with smiling faces and treats you a little like royalty. AND they have the BEST colors to pick from. Go ahead and look down at your hands and feet and know that NOBODY in the city can do your mani/pedi like Ms. Mary and Ms. Phuong. Not up for debate! If you go anywhere else for your mani/pedi you should really reconsider. The managers and staff provide exceptional service, they are super friendly, the spa is always clean, and you get your own personal pumice kits. Especially important in these times. They really make you feel like a celebrity.  Not to mention, the setup is so picture worthy to document your self-care! You can even have a spa party there and make it any occasion a special one with music and food. What more can you ask for when you and your gang need some pampering?! If you want the red carpet experience, tell them I sent you.
